• Original Artworks

Product availability, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the seller.

5. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order acceptance where applicable.
• Customized or commissioned products may require additional approval before production begins.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before confirmation.
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
• Payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the platform.

7. Custom Products & Artwork

Products created specifically for a customer—including personalized apparel, commissioned artwork, engraved products, and customized corporate gifts—are produced according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of uploaded designs, text, dimensions, colors, and customization details before placing an order.

8. Vendor & Artist Responsibilities

Registered vendors, manufacturers, artisans, and artists agree to:

• Provide accurate product information.
• Deliver products that meet agreed quality standards.
• Ship orders within committed timelines.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the marketplace.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

ImpromptuIndian will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly agreed.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order.
• Standard products may be eligible for returns according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refund eligibility will be determined after review by our support team.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, software, designs, trademarks, and branding belong to ImpromptuIndian or their respective owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Customers must only upload artwork or designs that they own or have permission to use.

ImpromptuIndian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our platform, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
